Free Valuation
Once again our vast experience of the Central London Property market enables us to offer a discrete and accurate valuation of your property. As well as our local knowledge we have access to archive databases which show details of similar properties recently sold in the same street or area and thus allowing us to calculate values on a very precise basis and offering you further proof of how we determine our asking prices. Accurate valuations are extremeley important, too high a price can mean many wasted months of marketing/advertising!
Marketing
We have many varied options available to us when marketing a property such as the well known property portals, local publications, national publications, our website, current applicant database. We also work closely with other local agents and are registered with an "agents only" property database, which allows us to inform them and their own applicants of new properties available to the market.
