maintenance department. The cost for this service at 15% of rent
received (plus VAT @ the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%), includes
marketing the property, taking up references as required, collection
of rent, including remittance to Landlords bank account if required,
arrangement of utilities transfer if applicable as well as dealing
with the day to day maintenance of the property.
We
also have in house housekeeping staff to ensure that your property
is properly cleaned and checked between lettings.
We
also offer letting and rent collection service for 10% plus VAT.
We
advise on the legal implications of letting, and advise and arrange
for properties to comply with existing legislation.
We
have a large portfolio of both private and corporate tenants constantly
looking for both long and short-term lettings.
